We know one size doesn't fit all party plans (and we know how to party). Our bistro and beer garden can host everything from big bashes, to intimate sit-down occasions, corporate events and larger style receptions.

Do you have an idea of what you want but need help finalising the details? OR need help on selecting a food and or drink package? We can talk and cater to any budget. Whatever you have in mind, we have a number of spaces available.

With vast views over Johnston street, the front bar resides at the forefront of the venue. Low and cosy seating, alongside a polished concrete bar and bar stools. Casual long lunches and dining events are perfect for this space.


Nestled in the middle of the venue, Jimmys Room hosts semi-formal dining experiences or casual standing and seated drinks occasions. Two large fireside tables overlooking the beer garden provide plenty of events opportunities.


A lush urban jungle, our courtyard garden is a casual and communal space. From Thursday-Sunday we host DJ’s, parties and live music.

Our functions manager works Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. We’ll endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible to make your event happen!

Yes! Yes we do. Bookings are not essential but are highly encouraged.

We generally have plenty of space for walk-ins and we will always try our absolute best to accommodate you. If there are no tables to sit at, our beer garden offers standing room. Walk-ins space is subject to how busy we are at the time and our capacities. We recommend coming down as early as possible!

You can grab our famous eggs benny on weekdays from 8am – 12pm, and 8am – 12:30pm on weekends. Jnr Morse toasties available 8am till 3pm!

We have a retractable roof that covers the beer garden for wet weather situations, plus heaters if its chilly!

Once your booking time ends, we may require your tables back for other bookings. Please tell a staff member if you wish to stay at the venue when you arrive and we will always do our best to accommodate you. If there are no tables available, you are welcome to hang around the beer garden with standing room. Please note that all new bookings coming in to the space get priority over tables and standing space. On busier nights, we may need to start a line out the door which is a one-in-one-out situation regardless if you have a booking. Please note, in some circumstances we may not be able to accomodate you staying further (rarely!).

Yes! We welcome all pooches big and small.

We do not. If you require a low seat for small children, please tell our staff before booking and we will do our best to accomodate your request. If you would like to supply your own highchair, please let us know.

Yes, absolutely! We charge a cakeage fee of $1pp (capped at $20). Please supply your own candles.

Unfortunately we do not allow decorations such as balloons or streamers.

We do not allow external catering. We can supply catering for your event from our functions menu. You can see our functions packages here . If you have an alternate budget to work within please email out functions manger on and we can work something out for you.

Certainly do! We book DJ’s Friday from 5pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 3pm.

The pre-authorisation is a $10pp booking security that all bookings must complete. This amount is not charged to you at the time of booking, nor is it treated as a deposit or minimum spend for your time here.

Your pre-authorisation amount is only charged to you in the event you don’t show up to your booking at all or cancel within 24 hours. This is in place to ensure all bookings show up on time, especially on our busiest weekend days.

Please let us know of any changes to your numbers as soon as possible. The best way to do this is by emailing our functions manager ( and they can organise that with you. Failing to notify us you are not coming in to your booking may incur a charged pre-authorisation fee.
