One of Melbourne's Best Beer Gardens

There are plenty of beer gardens in Melbourne, but none feel quite like Dr Morse. It’s open air but covered where it counts. There are vines overhead, warm lighting and a brick fireplace that keeps things cosy once the sun goes down. A disco ball hangs above the courtyard and in-house DJs play Thursday to Sunday, so the energy naturally builds as the night goes on. It works just as well for a long lunch as it does for after-work drinks, date nights or lazy Sunday sessions.

A Lush Outdoor Beer Garden in Melbourne's Inner East

Our beer garden keeps Melbourne locals coming back for more regardless of the weather. There are covered areas when the rain rolls in and heaters for cooler nights. When the sun’s out you can relax under the open sky and make the most of it.

The layout mixes standing room with communal stools and long shared benches that keep things feeling social. You’ll also spot the brick wood-fired oven on display at the heart of the space. We comfortably host groups large and small, up to 140 cocktail style guests. Walk-ins are welcome but it gets busy on weekends so we recommend booking.
